STRAINS OF CANNABIS
Click any of the strains of marijuana listed below to read all about it's potency, growth potential and see photographs where available.
SATIVAS - These are tall, thin plants with narrow leaves that grow quickly and are lighter green in colour. Sativas can grow to heights of 20 feet; their origin can be traced to Mexico, Columbia and south-east Asia. Flowering times can vary from between 10 to 16 weeks which is normally a longer growth perios than Indicas. The taste of Sativa ranges from earthy to fruity; it's a fantastic outdoor plant and, for that reason, a popular choice in hotter countries.
INDICAS - These are short thick plants, with broad leaves and a much darker green in colour. Dense flower tops appear in 8 to 10 weeks with flavours rangin from smelly skunk weeds to fruity and sweet buds. Origins of the Indica can be traced back to Afghanistan, Morocco and Tibet. Very responsive to indoor cultivation the Indica cannabis varities are a popular choice for colder countries where indoor growth is a must.
THE USE, SALE, POSSESSION AND CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS / MARIJUANA IS ILLEGAL IN MOST PARTS OF THE WORLD
What is Lowryder?
AUTOFLOWERING CANNABIS STRAIN
DEVELOPED FOR EXTREME RAPID GROWTH
8 TO 9 WEEKS FROM SEED TO BUD
WILL GROW NO TALLER THAN 1FT
Indoor or outdoor, Lowryder's performance has not yet been immitated; this strain of cannabis does not require a change in night and day periods, it survives and flowers whether it gets 12 hours of light or 24 hours. Because of it's small size and flowering nature Lowryder eliminates the need for large space, lights, timers. You simply plant the seed, it will sprout, it will grow leaves and then it will flower - nine weeks later and hey presto, half ounce of skunk.
Because of the way Lowryder cannabis has been cultured to grow it cannot be cloned or regenerated, feminised seeds are now available from many seed suppliers. The male plants conveniently begin flowering earlier than the females on day 17 so are easy to spot, the females will flower after 21 days.
