This website is not intended to encourage or advertise the consumption of marijuana, it is intended for educational purposes and provide factual based information on the subject of Cannabis, the country of Amsterdam, and the many uses for Marijuana. In most countries, a large percentage of the information contained within our pages would be construed as illegal if the actvities described were actually carried out.  We do not recommend that any person attempt to grow cannabis, smoke cannabis, sell cannabis or otherwise.

All visitors should note that it is illegal, in the UK, for persons aged under 18 to smoke tobacco products, and that it remains a criminal act in the United Kingdom to consume, cultivate or supply cannabis / marijuana.

If you contact the webmasters or use the forum we will never use any personal details you submit to us for any other reason than those specified. Email addresses will not be sold, or passed to third-party organisations; we operate strict anti-spam policies. Our website newsletters are published very rarely, the occasional advertisement from the Smoking Bud Cafe may be received if we update the website with new content.

Our marijuana news, our Amsterdam section and other such factual pages are built of a collation of information from reliable sources on the world wide web.  Although thorough research is carried out, we cannot be held responsible for ensuring it's accuracy.

The forum is moderated by a senior Smoking Bud Cafe member, we have very few rules in the Cafe but remind all visitors that personal information should not be published on the forum as you don't know who's reading it.  All guests to the Cafe must be over the age of 18, any guest who we believe to be under the age of 18 will be deleted and their IP address permanently banned.  The moderators reserve the right to delete any Cafe account or comments they wish to for whatever reason.
